165.04 MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES.

   (a)    Expenses incurred for special purchases essential to the fulfillment of the travel or work assignment may be reimbursed.

   (b)    Expenses, such as registration fees, dues or tuition to official conferences or seminars may be reimbursed.

   (c)    Reasonable gratuities for service may be reimbursed.
