159.03 CRITERIA FOR INVESTMENTS.

The Director of Finance may invest in linked deposits provided that at the time of placement of the linked deposit not more than sixty percent (60%) of the City's total investment portfolio is so invested. (Ord. 1999-10. Passed 3-1-99.)
