153.01 MEMBERSHIP; DUTY.

    (a)    There is hereby established a four member Records Commission consisting of the Mayor, Director of Law, Director of Finance and Administrator of Wooster Community Hospital. The duty of the Commission shall be to determine which records of the City should be donated to the States Record Commission mentioned in Ohio R.C. 149.39.

   (b)   The States Record Commission is permitted to accept the records of the City of Wooster designated by the Records Commission for their disposition.
