311.03 DRIVING BETWEEN VEHICLES IN PROCESSION.
   (a)   No operator of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral or authorized procession while they are in motion and when such vehicles are conspicuously designated as required in this Traffic Code. This provision shall not apply at intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic control signals or police officers.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
