307.05 ERECTING ADDITIONAL SIGNS.

Whenever by an ordinance of this City a one-way street is described or any time limit parking is imposed, it shall be the duty of the City Engineer to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective until such signs are erected.
