131.08 CONTRACTS WITH OTHER MUNICIPALITIES.

The Director of Administration is hereby authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the City with such townships and municipalities in Wayne County and surrounding counties, owning fire-fighting equipment and emergency equipment as he may deem proper, providing for the exchange of fire-fighting equipment and emergency equipment and personnel in the event of emergency. Such contracts shall provide that the party making such emergency run shall bear all expenses, loss or damage incurred thereby. Such contracts shall be terminable upon thirty days written notice.
