129.08 POLICE PROTECTION OUTSIDE CITY.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.041 the Police Division is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any County, Municipal corporation or Township of this State upon the authorization of the Chief of Police, Captain or shift supervisor.
