129.07 POLICE JURISDICTION ON CITY PROPERTY OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.50 the Division of Police shall have full jurisdiction as allowed by law upon all lands owned or used for Municipal purposes by the City beyond its corporate limits and may prosecute violations in the Wooster Municipal Court.
