111.33 RECOGNIZING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

During the miscellaneous business portions of a Council meeting, the President shall recognize members of the public who desire to address the Council. Before proceeding, the President shall request that the person desiring to address the Council shall first state his or her name, residence and purpose for addressing the Council. (Ord. 1973-20.
