111.31 OTHER ORDINANCES FOR GOVERNMENT OF COUNCIL AND ITS OFFICERS.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances not mentioned herein heretofore adopted and unrepealed by Council for the government of Council and its officers are made part hereof and adopted for Council and its officers. (1950 Code, p. 75.)
