111.29 AMENDMENT TO RULES.

Any proposed amendment or addition to the rules of Council shall be first referred to the Laws and Ordinances Committee, which Committee shall make a report thereon at the next regular meeting of Council. (Ord. 1973-2. Passed 1-2-73.)
