111.21 YEAS AND NAYS.

When demanded by two members of Council, the yeas and nays shall be taken on the adoption of any resolution or any question or proposition submitted to Council. In taking the yeas and nays, the Clerk shall call the names of the members in a random and rotating order and the President shall announce the result of such vote. The Clerk may be required to read the vote taken upon the demand of any member.
