111.19 RECONSIDERATION.
   A motion to reconsider a vote must be made by a member voting with the prevailing side; such motion, to be in order, must be made not later than the next regular meeting after such vote was taken, and the same shall take precedence of all other questions, except a motion to adjourn. No motion to reconsider shall be made more than once on any matter or subject, and the same number of votes shall be required to reconsider any vote of Council as is required to pass or adopt the matter voted upon.
