111.10 COMMITTEE REPORTS.
   Any subject matter having been referred to any committee of Council or City officer shall be reported upon in writing by the committee or officer when requested by Council, and shall be signed by the committee or officer. The written report shall recommend the adoption or passage of the matter upon which the report is based, or its refusal as the committee may decide. The same shall be attached to the matter reported upon, and shall be read by the Clerk in the proper order of business. (Ord. 1973-2. Passed 1-2-73.)
