   111.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of Council may be called as provided in Section 2.07 of the Charter.
   No business shall be transacted at any special meeting of Council except that for which the special meeting is called. The notice to be served on each member requiring his attendance at a special meeting shall contain a statement of the business for which the special meeting is called. (Ord. 73-2. Passed 1-2-73.)
