109.04 APPOINTMENT OF INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR SYSTEMS.

Upon the effective date of this chapter, individuals responsible for personal information systems shall be appointed by the Mayor according to procedures established in the administrative rules. (Ord. 1981-35. Passed 6-15-81.)
