108.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a Moral Claims Board consisting of the chairs of the Finance, Public Utilities and Infrastructure Committees; the Director of Administration; and one city resident appointed by the Mayor. The Mayor's appointee will serve for a term of four (4) years. The Director of Law shall act as secretary of the Board and be responsible for receiving applications to the Board, investigating the facts thereof and presenting the applications to the Board.
