521.14 PROHIBITION OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE USE IN CITY BUILDINGS.

   (a)    "Electronic cigarette" means any electronic product or device that produces a vapor that delivers nicotine or any other substance to the person inhaling from the device to simulate smoking and that is likely to be offered to or purchased by consumers as an electronic cigarette, electronic cigar, electronic cigarillo, vape pen, e-hookah or electronic pipe.

   (b)   Use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all buildings and vehicles owned and/or operated by the City of Wooster.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (d)    Signs shall be posted in all buildings owned and operated by the City of Wooster notifying the public that the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited and is subject to a fine under Section 501.99.
