1701.012 PURPOSES OF TAX; RATE.

   1.    To provide funds for the purposes of general operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension and enlargement of municipal services and facilities and capital improvements of the Municipality there is hereby levied a tax on Municipal Taxable Income, as defined herein

   2.     The tax imposed herein shall be levied at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%).
