743.04 ANNUAL TAXICAB LICENSE FEE.

Every person engaged in the business of operating one or more taxicabs shall pay to the Director an annual license fee in accordance with the schedule of fees established by the Director and shall comply with all provisions of this chapter and any other ordinance pertaining to the regulation of taxicabs.
