   731.16 SEXUAL ENCOUNTER ESTABLISHMENTS PROHIBITED.
   (a)    No person shall operate a sexual encounter establishment as defined in this chapter.
   (b)    Operation of such an establishment shall constitute a public nuisance per se.
   (c)    Whoever knowingly violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
