731.15 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING LIVE PUBLIC NUDITY.
   (a)    No person shall, knowingly or intentionally, in a sexually oriented business, appear in a state of nudity regardless of whether such public nudity is expressive in nature.
   (b)    No employee shall, knowingly or intentionally, in a sexually oriented business, appear in a state of semi-nudity unless the employee is at least six (6) feet from patrons and customers and on a stage at least eighteen (18) inches from the floor.
   (c)    No employee, while in a state of semi-nudity in a sexually oriented business, shall knowingly or intentionally receive any pay or gratuity directly from any patron or customer and no patron or customer shall knowingly or intentionally pay or give any gratuity directly to an employee, while said employee is in a state of semi-nudity in a sexually oriented business.
   (d)    No employee, while in a state of semi-nudity in a sexually oriented business, shall knowingly or intentionally touch a customer or the clothing of a customer and no patron or customer shall knowingly or intentionally touch an employee, while said employee is in a state of semi-nudity in a sexually oriented business.
   (e)    No operator of a sexually oriented business shall knowingly allow an employee or any other person to violate this section.
   (f)   Whoever knowingly violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
