111.38 DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC PLACES FOR PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES.

   In order to comply with the provisions of Article II, Sections 2.16, 2.17 and 2.18 of the Charter of the City of Wooster, Council hereby designates the following three public places for purposes of publishing legislation or a summary thereof:

   (a)   By printing the title and summary of each resolution or ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation within the City;

   (b)   By posting by title and summary each resolution or ordinance at the Wooster branch of the Wayne County Public Library; and

   (c)   By posting by title and summary each resolution or ordinance upon a bulletin board in the lobby of the Municipal Building.
