   1512.03 FEES.
   (a)    The City shall make a charge for emergency ambulance service in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

   (b)    Indebtedness shall be reviewed on a quarterly basis by the Director of Finance and he/she shall approve any write-off of specific bills.
