1512.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to set up a rate structure for those people travailing by City-owned ambulances to and from hospitals, accident scenes and other places.

Any time mutual aid or special contractural agreements are involved and the City responds in the County, there is no charge for the response. Any time mutual aid is called for within the City and units from outside the City respond into the City for emergency services, the City will not charge the people serviced inside the City.
