1501.14 APPEALS.

Whenever the Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Prevention disapproves an application or refuses to grant a permit or any decision or interpretation of the Fire Prevention Code is made by the fire official, an applicant may appeal in writing to the Fire Prevention Board within seven days from the date of the decision appealed. (Ord. 1981-48. Passed 11-2-81.)
