1501.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)    No person shall serve as a Municipal fire safety inspector unless he has received a certificate issued by the Ohio Superintendent of Public Instruction under Ohio R.C. 3303.07 evidencing his satisfactory completion of a fire safety inspection training program.

   (b)   A Municipal or State fire safety inspector, upon examination or inspection, shall issue a hazard notice, citation or order when he/she finds conditions that are in violation of this Fire Code.
   (c)   If upon examination or inspection of a building by a fire safety inspector, a violation of this Code is such that a fire or explosion hazard exists which could be reasonably expected to cause death or physical harm, a verbal order shall be given to correct the violation immediately.    (d)   Upon request of a Municipal fire safety inspector, the Director of Law shall institute and prosecute any necessary action or proceeding to enforce this chapter or Ohio R.C. Chapter 3737.
