1501.06 FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.

The Fire Prevention Code, as adopted in this chapter, shall be enforced by the Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Division of Fire, which shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Division of Fire.

The Chief shall designate a fire official as Fire Marshal. The Fire Marshal shall be the administrator of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.

The Chief may detail such members of the Division of Fire as inspectors as shall from time to time be necessary.
