1501.01 ADOPTION.

   (a)   The Ohio Fire Code (OFC), as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, effective September 1, 2005, including current updates and as published in Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 1301:7.

   (b)    Local provisions adopted by Council.

   (c)    Provisions of the Ohio Revised Code that relate to the Fire Service.

   (d)    As used in this Part Fifteen of these Codified Ordinances, "Fire Prevention Code" or "this Code" refers to the standards adopted under this section.
