1331.071 REGISTRATION REQUIRED; REPORTING.

(a) Persons engaged in the maintenance and testing of backflow prevention devices shall register with the Division. Such persons shall provide a copy of their backflow tester certification issued by the Ohio Department of Commerce.

(b) Whenever a person registered under this section engages in the maintenance or inspection of an interceptor or backflow prevention device, he shall document that fact on a form prescribed by and provided by the Division. Such reports shall be filed at the Division within five (5) working days following completion of such work.
