947.27 TIME ESSENCE OF A FRANCHISE.

Whenever this chapter or a franchise sets forth any time for any action to be performed by or on behalf of the Grantee such time shall be deemed of the essence, and any failure of the Grantee, without just cause, to perform within the time allotted shall always be sufficient grounds for the City to revoke a franchise. (Ord. 1985-18. Passed 6-3-85.)
