947.19 RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS.

(a) Grantee shall not deny service, deny access nor otherwise discriminate against subscribers, channel users or residents on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or handicap. Grantee shall comply at all times with all other applicable Federal, State and local laws and all executive and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination.

(b) Liability for obscenity, defamation or invasion of privacy on any access channels shall rest with the person, group of persons, or any organization or corporation utilizing such access channels. (Ord. 1985-18. Passed 6-3-85.)
