947.04 AUTHORITY NOT EXCLUSIVE.

The right to use and occupy the streets for the purposes herein set forth shall not be exclusive, and the City reserves the right to grant a similar use of such streets to any person at any time during the period of any franchise. (Ord. 1985-18. Passed 6-3-85.)
