945.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of Section 945.03(d) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Whoever violates Section 945.06 or Section 945.08(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. In addition to the penalties provided by law, a person, firm or corporation convicted of an offense under this section may, at the discretion of the Mayor or his/her designee, be subject to revocation of any license issued under this section.

(c) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
