945.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The Mayor or his/her designee or his authorized representative shall have full and complete authority to make such other rules and regulations, not inconsistent herewith, pertaining to the collection and disposal of solid waste, construction waste, hazardous waste and infectious waste, as well as to the administration thereof, as may be deemed advisable.
