945.06 HAZARDOUS AND INFECTIOUS WASTE DISPOSAL.

No person, firm or corporation shall dispose of any hazardous or infectious waste except to refuse haulers licensed by the City who hold valid federal, state and/or county permits, as required by law, for the disposal of hazardous and/or infectious wastes.
