945.04 RECYCLING PROGRAM.

The City adopts a program of recycling all recyclable materials and encourages all occupants of residential premises to participate. The City or its contractor shall be responsible for the collection and disposal of all recyclable materials.

Recycling bins shall be the property of the City or its contractor. Replacement or additional recycling bins may be purchased from the City or its contractor.
