943.09 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/REVENUE.

(a) The Board of Governors shall have primary responsibility for monitoring the operations of the Hospital to insure that charges for Hospital services are maintained at a level sufficient to cover all expenses.

(b) It will be the responsibility of the Board of Governors to insure that all charges for Hospital services are billed and collected on a timely basis.
