924.15 SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNT.

Revenues generated through user charges levied pursuant to this section shall be placed in a separate account and shall be used to offset all operation, maintenance, replacement costs and billing. (Ord. 1988-10. Passed 2-1-88.)
