924.06 ANNUAL RATE REVIEW.

The sanitary sewer charge rates shall assure that each recipient of waste treatment services will pay its proportionate share of the cost of operation and maintenance including replacement. Revenue generated shall be proportionate to the portion of operation and maintenance. These rates shall be reviewed annually and shall be revised periodically, as required, to reflect actual treatment works' operation and maintenance costs.

In conjunction with a regular bill, each user shall receive an annual notification outlining their sewer service charge. This notification shall include a breakdown of the capital charges, sewer use rates, service charges and extra-strength surcharges for the previous year for that user. (Ord. 1988-10. Passed 2-1-88.)
