924.05 EQUITY COVERAGE.

   Any potential customer of the system who is outside of the City boundaries and was not connected by April 1, 1988, shall first pay an equity charge to the City equal to the total equity of the Water Pollution Control Fund divided by the total number of meter equivalents times the potential user's meter equivalents as determined by the City Engineer. The equity charge per meter equivalent shall be as outlined in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 1988-10.
