923.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Penalties. Whoever fails to perform an act required under this chapter or whoever performs an act forbidden by this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation. Each day of any such violations shall constitute a separate offense.

   (b)   Protection from Damage. No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Whoever violates this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.

   (c)   Additional Costs. In addition to the criminal penalties provided herein, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the City for any fines, expenses, losses or abnormal costs incurred by the City and caused by such violation.
