905.07 NON-COMPLIANCE; REMOVAL BY MUNICIPALITY.

   In the event the owner, occupant or person having the charge or management of any lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits fails to comply with the provisions of Sections 905.02, 905.03, 905.04, 905.05 or 905.06 of this chapter after having received written notice of such noncompliance and a reasonable opportunity to take corrective action (not to exceed fourteen days from the date of the notice, except as to the preceding section), then the Director of Administration is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions thereof by causing the necessary corrective action to be taken in accordance with the provisions of this section and Section 905.08.
