905.05 WEEDS TO BE MOWED.

The owners of vacant lots or other unoccupied property situated within the City are required to cut, mow, keep down or remove all tall, unsightly or noxious weeds, vines or grass exceeding twelve inches in height on such vacant lots or other unoccupied property.
