151.13: DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The city manager designates the "floodplain administrator", as defined herein, to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of national flood insurance program regulations in title 44 CFR pertaining to floodplain management.
