136.99: PENALTY:
   A.   A person who violates subsection 136.03A of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. Each offense, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus costs. The court may require community service work prescribed by the court in lieu of a fine. The court shall make the parent or other responsible adult responsible for payment of the fines and costs in the event they are not paid by the minor. The parent or responsible adult will be subject to the contempt powers of the court for failure to pay the fine and costs.
   B.   A person who violates subsection 136.03B of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. Each offense, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), plus costs. (2001 Code § 136.99)
   C.   The municipal court's jurisdiction over a minor who violates section 136.03 of this chapter shall be expressly subject to 10A Oklahoma Statutes section 2-2-103, as amended. (2001 Code § 136.99; amd. 2012 Code)
   D.   Any law enforcement officer who shall witness a violation of this chapter may take the offender into his or her custody to be prosecuted for the violation, require the posting of a sufficient bond for the minor's appearance in court, or may place the minor in the custody of his or her parents or some responsible person.
