No minor shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, to include, but not be limited to, driving, riding or parking any motorized or nonmotorized vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the following hours:
A. Eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;
B. One o'clock (1:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. on Saturday morning and Sunday morning. (2001 Code § 136.02)
