131.99: PENALTY:
   A.   Any person who violates a section of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of section 130.99 of this title.
   B.   Any person who violates section 131.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) and assessment of court costs.
   C.   Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any provisions of section 131.08 of this chapter may be ordered by the court to pay a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00), plus court costs; and to make restitution to any private property owner affected, to remove and properly dispose of the garbage, trash, waste, rubbish, refuse or debris from the property; to pick up, remove and properly dispose of garbage, trash, waste, rubbish, refuse or debris from public property; or any combination of the foregoing which the court, in its discretion, deems appropriate. The dates, times and locations of performance of any such penalties other than payment of fines and costs shall be scheduled by the Chief of Police pursuant to the order of the court in such a manner as not to interfere with the employment or family responsibilities of the person.
   D.   Any person convicted of violating any provisions of section 131.17 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), plus court costs.
   E.   Any person who shall violate the provisions of section 131.20 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the City and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished for violation of a Class A offense, with fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00), plus all court costs and penalties.
