Any person or entity who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an offense against the City and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined the sum of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), excluding costs. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Violations of this chapter may also result in the revocation of any issued permit. (Ord. 1672, 8-6-2018)
