A. Any person convicted under this chapter shall be subject to a fine of up to two hundred dollars ($200.00).
B. In addition to the penalty provided in subsection A of this section, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of the provisions of this chapter, or any ordinance, shall be deemed a new and separate offense for each day that such condition continues to exist. (Ord. 1513, 9-7-2010)
